The customer service was excellent, I received constant updates to my phone by sms message to notify me of my scheduling and when the technician was due to arrive, no vague between 8 & 12 for these guys, I love this, just nice to know you are on the radar and they haven't forgotten you. Bryan spent the time with me to assure me of my pets safety and even showed me some simple things around the house that I can do to disrupt the insects coming in to the house, I HATE SPIDERS!! He set me up in his system for annual reminders, I will forget for sure! he said his team would look after this for me, nothing is to hard for the team it seems, they have everything covered. His price was very reasonable and he was extremely thorough. Very friendly and I am very happy to support a local family owned business. I wish him all the success for the future. See you next year.
